This manual is compiled in terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) and aims to assist individuals seeking access to records held by nFold (Pty) Ltd. 8. DETAIL ON HOW TO MAKE A REQUEST FOR ACCESS – SECTION 51(e)

Requests must be made using the prescribed Form 1. The requester should:

  • Complete the form with sufficient detail to identify the requester and the record.
  • Indicate preferred access method.
  • Provide contact details within South Africa.
  • Pay the required access fee.
  • Submit the completed form to the Information Officer via post, email, or delivery.

Form 1 is attached at the end of this manual.
